Most of products available at mycar4x4sa.com are returnable, provided they are returned in fully re-saleable condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. You can return products within 7 days of receipt of the product in original, undamaged packaging.

Returned product(s) should be in a fully re-saleable condition, with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition, items not returned in the above condition will fail inspection and a refund will not be issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.
